Produsele sunt garantat de producator pentru buna funcționare 120 luni, respectiv o durata medie de utilizare de 25 ani.
Garantia legala de conformitate, potrivit prevederilor art. 9-14 din Legea nr. 449/2003 și legislatia europeana în domeniu.
Panourile au garantia PERS.FIZICE și JURIDICE de 120 luni in conditii de funcționare normala în regim ciclic, cu respectarea tuturor parametrilor tehnici, produsele componente au garantii legale de 2 ani..
Garantia produsului, sistemului/aparatului se pierde la desigilarea aparatului, modificari aduse acestuia.
Garantia nu include cheltuieli de transport din partea Furnizorului.
PROCEDURA ÎN CAZUL UNEI DEFECŢIUNI:
Se trimit produsele catre Furnizor/Importator prin ECOMOVE Consulting SRL. RO, cheltuieli de transport vor fi suportate de către Beneficiar.
